A flavoursome herb with similar qualities to rosemary, Dried Tasmanian Kunzea Leaves have a honey-like aroma with a touch of fragrant eucalyptus and fresh citrus.
White Kunzea is a fragrant tiny leaf with hints of eucalyptus and citrus. Kunzea comes from Tasmania's beautiful East Coast. It grows wild and abundant in Freycinet and towards the northeast. White Kunzea pairs well with native pepper berry and wattleseed.
Used in Indigenous medicine for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, its essential oils show comparable benefits to that of tea tree oil in various applications including skin and respiratory treatment, insect bites, perfumery and aromatherapy.

How to use
Generously rub over meat before roasting Sprinkle on fish with a drizzle of oil before steaming
Add to broths and soups to enhance the flavour
Brew in hot water for an aromatic tea
